Context

Many students reach graduation without exposure to entrepreneurship or the applied skills employers hire for. NilePreneurs Explore, a blended-learning program brought by NilePreneurs, the Central Bank of Egypt’s initiative implemented by Nile University, set out to change that at national scale, cycle after cycle.

My role

As Head of Strategic Education & Awareness Programs at NilePreneurs, I scaled NilePreneurs Explore into a national program.

Approach

  1. Program designA youth-focused format across 11 business and technical tracks.
  2. National outreachReaching students beyond a single campus.
  3. Scalable deliveryOperations designed to grow cohort after cohort.
  4. MeasurementParticipation tracked against program goals.
