How I Work
Clear thinking. Disciplined delivery.
Every engagement follows the same discipline: understand the situation fully, design for the realities on the ground, deliver alongside your team, and measure what matters. The format adapts to your stage, budget and timeline — the standard does not.
What you can expect
Four commitments that hold for every client, whatever the size of the engagement.
- Outcomes before activity. Success criteria are agreed at the start, and every piece of work points back to them.
- Designed for reality. Strategies and programs are built around your market, stakeholders and constraints — not a template.
- Senior attention throughout. You work with me directly, from the first conversation to the final report. Nothing is handed to a junior team.
- Transparent by default. Regular reporting, early warnings when something slips, and honest recommendations, even when they are inconvenient.
A disciplined approach
Four phases · one standardDiagnose
A clear-eyed view of your market, organization and stakeholders: what works, what does not, and why.
You receiveA diagnostic summary, key findings and agreed success criteria.
Architect
The strategy, framework or program design, built around your goals and the realities on the ground.
You receiveA strategy or program blueprint, roadmap, budget and KPI framework.
Deliver
Hands-on execution, launch and team enablement, working inside your organization, not beside it.
You receiveLaunched initiatives, managed partners, playbooks and a trained team.
Measure
Defined KPIs, transparent reporting and continuous refinement, so results stay visible and improve.
You receiveDashboards and progress reports for leadership, boards or funders.
Some clients engage me for a single phase, others for the full cycle. A Strategy Sprint covers Diagnose and Architect — and many clients continue into delivery from there.

Practicalities
Location
Based in Cairo. Most engagements combine remote work with regular on-site sessions in Cairo; regional engagements by arrangement.
Language
I work in English and Arabic. Proposals and reports can be prepared in either, depending on what you or your funder requires.
Confidentiality
Client information remains confidential. I am glad to sign an NDA before the discovery call.
Collaboration
I work with your team and, where needed, a trusted network of specialists in design, content and technology.
The record behind the method
See the work →How do I know which engagement model is right?
The discovery call usually makes it clear. If the direction is still open, a Strategy Sprint is the natural first step.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients begin with a Strategy Sprint or a workshop and extend the engagement once the direction is set.
Do you work with organizations outside Egypt?
Yes. I work with international donors and partners, and engagements across the region are welcome.
Who will we actually work with?
Me, directly. Where specialist skills are needed, I bring in trusted collaborators and remain accountable for the result.
How soon can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks of an agreed proposal, depending on current commitments.
Let's shape
what comes next.
Begin with a 30-minute discovery conversation, or share the brief for your next initiative.
