Context

The Ministry of Higher Education invited universities to put forward ambitious frameworks for entrepreneurship and innovation. Cairo University needed a proposal equal to its scale and standing.

My role

As project manager, I architected the framework and led the four-month proposal process Cairo University submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education.
